1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Uaizzie ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the components, templates, or code assets provided on the site.
2. Public Domain & Open License Grant
All HTML, CSS, and JavaScript source code snippets, standalone components, section layouts, and landing page templates hosted on Uaizzie are released under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) / Public Domain License or MIT License unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Commercial & Personal Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, modify, distribute, and perform the work, even for commercial purposes, without asking permission.
- Attribution: While attribution back to
Uaizzie.comis appreciated and helps support the open-source developer ecosystem, it is not legally required. - No Re-Hosting Stock Repositories: You may not scrape, aggregate, or bundle Uaizzie code assets to re-sell or host a competing standalone UI component stock directory without substantial original modification.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Uaizzie brand name, logo, custom platform design system, and proprietary website layout are the intellectual property of Uaizzie. All user-contributed or ingested open-source components remain compliant with original license designations.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all code templates are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Uaizzie or its maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of any code assets or templates downloaded from the Platform.
6. Governing Law & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
